01 / ABOUT

Networks are more than
routes and interfaces.

I work across the network and systems layers, with a strong focus on ISP/NSP environments. My day-to-day world includes BGP, MPLS, routing policy, peering, Linux servers, monitoring, network automation and troubleshooting complex production networks.

I enjoy turning complicated infrastructure into systems that are observable, predictable and easy to operate.

02 / EXPERTISE

What I work with

01

Routing & BGP

BGP policy, communities, AS-PATH, Local Preference, MED, route filtering, peering and transit engineering.

JuniperHuaweiBGPOSPFMPLS
02

Systems & Linux

Ubuntu/CentOS/AlmaLinux services, Apache, DNS, mail, firewalls, web applications and server hardening.

03

Monitoring & Observability

Designing visibility into traffic, interfaces, routing and infrastructure health with practical monitoring stacks.

04

Network Security

RPKI, prefix validation, ACLs, firewall policy, secure management and operational security practices.

03 / SELECTED PROJECTS

Things I've built
and troubleshot.

Selected infrastructure and engineering work.

01

BGP Looking Glass

Public-facing BGP visibility platform connected to production routing infrastructure for operational troubleshooting and route analysis.

02

RPKI Validation

Routinator-based RPKI deployment with router-side origin validation, policy testing and session monitoring.

03

Network Observability

Traffic and infrastructure monitoring using SNMP, NetFlow, RRD-based graphs, dashboards and alerting.

04

Network Services Lab

Linux-based services including DNS, phpIPAM, mail, web hosting and operational tooling for network teams.

04 / NETWORK LAB

A personal lab for
real-world networking.

A place to experiment with routing policy, BGP, RPKI, monitoring, Linux services, automation and the operational problems that don't belong in production.
